Important: By uploading ultrasound images, you grant us permission to use anonymized versions of these images to improve our AI models and app features. You retain full ownership of your images at all times. These images are anonymized before any use and are never shared or sold to third parties.

Facial Recognition and Analysis (Mini-Me Generator Feature)

Our Mini-Me Generator feature uses advanced facial analysis technology to predict what your baby might look like. Here's exactly what we collect and how we use it:

• Face Data Collected: When you use the Mini-Me Generator, you voluntarily upload facial photographs of one or both parents. These photos are analyzed to identify physical characteristics including eye shape and color, nose shape, face shape, skin tone, hair color and texture, and smile characteristics.
• AI Processing: Your parent photos are sent to OpenAI's GPT-4 Vision API to extract facial feature descriptions (text format). These descriptions are then sent to Google's Gemini AI to generate a predicted baby image. Neither the original parent photos NOR the generated baby images are stored on our servers.
• Third-Party Services: Parent facial photos are processed by OpenAI (for feature analysis) and Google (for image generation). These services have their own privacy policies and data handling practices.
• Zero Data Storage: We do not store parent photos or generated baby images. The generated image is displayed in the app for you to save locally to your device or share. Once you leave the screen or close the app, the image is gone from our servers.
• Optional Feature: The Mini-Me Generator is completely optional. You can use all other app features without ever uploading parent photos.
• No Tracking: Face data is NOT used for user identification, authentication, or tracking across apps or websites.
• User Control: You have complete control - save the generated image to your device if you want it, or simply don't save it. We never store it on our servers.

Important for Mini-Me Users: When you use the Mini-Me Generator, your parent photos are transmitted to OpenAI and Google for processing. These companies have their own privacy policies. We do not store your parent photos OR the generated baby images on our servers - the generated image is only displayed in the app for you to save locally.

Advertising Partners

We share anonymized and aggregated data with advertising partners to:

• Active Accounts: We retain your data as long as your account remains active
• Parent Facial Photos (Mini-Me): NOT stored on our servers. They are processed in real-time and immediately discarded after processing (within seconds)
• Generated Baby Images (Mini-Me): NOT stored on our servers. The generated image is displayed in the app for you to save to your device. We do not retain it.
• Deleted Accounts: Personal information is securely deleted within 30 days of account deletion
• Anonymised Data: May be retained longer for research and AI training purposes
• Legal Requirements: Some data may be retained longer to comply with legal obligations

7. Age Restriction and Children's Privacy
